Warranty Policy
All our products are carefully manufactured using premium materials. But things do happen sometimes, and we are sorry if you happen to experience problems with your purchase. Please take a minute to read Kim Gardens warranty information before your product registration, or if you are experiencing an issue, hoping to know what to do.
All Kim Gardens products carry a 1-year warranty, valid from the purchase transaction date. The warranty covers all product defects, with repair or replacement service. But please note that a picture or a video of the issue is required to help us better learn the situation.
For newly purchased products with damage or lost parts during shipping, a replacement will be arranged after you contact us at support@kimgardens.com. If somehow you receive a wrong order, please let us know in time, then the correct order will be arranged at the fastest time, and we will reimburse the shipping cost for sending back the wrong order. Therefore, you do not need to pay anything in the situations mentioned above, letting you experience the best customer services we can provide.
- The following situations are NOT covered by our warranty:
- 1. Physical damage due to misuse or accidents.
- 2. Normal wear and tear.
- 3. Loss or theft during the use.
- 4. Damage caused by water or any other related misuse.
- 5. Product not purchased at www.kimgardens.com.
- 6. Buyer attempts unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembles the item.
Item is damaged by being plugged into an incompatible voltage.
